- The 21 For 21 Initiative is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact applications@ybfinitiative.com.
- Yorkshire Builders Federation Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
- Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except Board members of the Yorkshire Builders Federation Ltd and associated companies, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- Consent to enter must be granted by the person(s) responsible for the operations of the company.
- Only one entry per company is permitted unless permission has been granted by the Chair of Yorkshire Builders Federation Ltd.
- Yorkshire Builders Federation reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this initiative.

You should enter your company if you can demonstrate: innovation; initiative; effective methods of working; creative thinking; support for people development; cost saving delivery methods; health and safety improvements; unusual but effective procurement procedures; best use of funding obtained; effective support for main contractors; support for the environmental agenda; enhanced public image; cost effective corporate social responsibility delivery; supporting the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda; examples of increased productivity; contemporary building methods; or eliminating time lost and delays on sites.

Reasons to enter are not limited to those outlined in point 11.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS
- Successful applications who will be granted winning prizes will be selected by representatives of the Board of the Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited.
- Successful applicants will receive details of the monetary prize to be received.
- Successful applicants will receive a business review, at no cost to the company, by a representative of the Board of the Yorkshire Builders Federation.
- Successful applicants will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond to the Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited will be entitled to select another entry in accordance with the process described above.
- Monetary prize(s) will be sent to successful applicants within 28 working days of responding to the Yorkshire Builders Federation.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered. Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited regarding any aspect of this initiative is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Yorkshire Builders Federation Limited reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

There are 21 prizes of £1,000, plus a business health check, together with an overall prize of £21,000.
